Subject	cowl removal & wiper removal

Message	I can't for the life of me seem to get the wipers to come off so that I can pull my defrost cowl. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions? I've tried pb blaster, wiggling, some light prying where I'm able (not enough to bend/break anything)
